CINZ and ReserveGroup Parter To Provide Seminar on Customer Relationship Management

At a CINZ Annual Conference, ReserveGroup partner Henrik Arlund presented a seminar on 'The value of a customer relationship management system'.
Today tourism businesses of all sizes are generating large quantities of data, so a key question is how do you get the most value from that. A hotel or other tourism organisation faces managing sales lead time frames from multiple years to last minute, so it important to store the right information on those leads and have staff be able to view useful reports and meet timelines for converting leads into bookings.
Being able to automate many marketing tasks through a customer relationship management system creates efficiency and reduces administration work.
Having created their own software tool tailored to the tourism industry that includes a customer relationship management system, that has been used by over 500 organisations, our partner was an ideal person to present this seminar to CINZ members.
